What is your 30 Day Returns Policy?
We will accept returns of any item within 30 days from the date of order. To return an item, please contact us by email at email@example.com before you return the item. You can then (subject to stock levels) choose another product or have a refund. You pay the return postage but we will send any exchange item out to you free of charge to a mainland UK address (excluding Highlands, Islands and Northern Ireland) using our standard delivery method.
Please make sure that any items returned include your name, address and order number and reach us in tip top condition! Returned items should be returned in the same condition that you received them, complete with all the original packaging, tags/stickers and be in saleable condition as a new item. As a guideline, you may inspect products in your order as you would in a shop. Any item that is returned with damaged or ripped retail packaging will not be refunded. Please make sure that you use the protective outer packaging box that your order was delivered in, NOT the products retail packaging box. Items MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION THAT YOU RECEIVED THEM IN.
Faulty, Damaged Goods or Missing Parts - If a part is missing from a product, or a part is damaged, then a replacement part will be sent rather than an entire new product. In such cases there is no need to return an item. If you are able to send us photographs of the fault or damage we may be able to to replace the missing or damaged parts or items without asking you to return them to us.
Please note, for hygine reasons, we do not accept returns of swimwear.

My parcel has not arrived
If you have selected Express Delivery and ordered before 4 PM on a working day (Monday to Friday - excluding Bank Holidays), your parcel should be with you within 1 to 2 working days.
Standard delivery is sent either by 3 to 7 working day courier or by Royal Mail with dispatch the next working day after your order is placed.

How long will it take to process my refund?
Refunds are processed within 30 days of receipt of your return at our warehouse or within 30 days of us being notified that an order has been lost by a courier. (In practice refunds are generally processed within 7 days of receipt.)
