Traditional Margherita Pizza

Ingredients
2 [149g] packs pizzas base mix
6 tbsp pizzas topping sauce 3 tbsp sun dried tomato paste
2 small beef tomatoes sliced
2 [150] packs mozzarella cheese sliced (or you can use grated mozzarella)
handful fresh basil leaves
2 tbsp olive
basil leaves to garnish
salad to serve

Method

Empty the pizza base mixes into a large bowl.

Add 240ml (8fl oz) water.

Mix to a soft dough.

Roll our into circles about 10 inches in diameter for your pizza base.

Add enough pizza topping to cover the pizza.

Add a little tomato paste for some extra flavour.

Now cover the pizza with mozzarella cheese.

Add basil leaves and drizzle with a little olive oil (optional).

Put into a hot oven 200°c gas mark 6 for about 10 – 12 minutes.
