What is your "60 Day No-Quibble Guarantee"?
We will accept returns of any item at any time within 60 days from the date of order. To return an item, please contact us by email or phone on 01962 889460 before you return the item. You can then (subject to stock levels) choose another product or have a refund. You pay the return postage but we will send any exchange item out to you free of charge to a mainland UK address (excluding Highlands) using our standard delivery method.
Please make sure that any items returned include your name, address and order number and reach us in tip top condition!
What is your return address?
Some items need to come to us at the office and others need to be returned to our warehouse. Please ring 01962 889460 or contact us by email to check which address should be used.

Can you collect my parcel?
If it is more convenient for you, we can collect your parcel from your work or home. The cost is usually £9.75 for mainland addresses excluding the Highlands. The parcel will need to be packaged and labeled ready for collection from 8am - 6pm on your chosen day. Please ring 01962 889460 or contact us by email to arrange for collection or to get a quote.
Faulty or damaged goods
We take great pride in everything we do and are just as disappointed as you when things aren't up to scratch. If you have received something that isn't up to the high standard you expect from Spotty Green Frog, please call 01962 889460 or contact us by email where one of our Customer Service Team will be able to advise you on how to return your faulty goods.
My parcel has not arrived
If you have selected Express Delivery and ordered before 12 noon on a working day (Monday to Friday - excluding Bank Holidays), your parcel should be with you by 6 pm on the next working day.
Standard delivery is sent either by 48 hour courier or by Royal Mail First Class with dispatch the next working day after your order is placed.
