Ingredients: 150g raspberries, 150g strawberries, 150g blackberries, 100g muesli and 400ml of natural low-fat yoghurt. 150ml capacity cups. Makes 4.
Need to save 4 of the strawberries for decoration.
Place each different fruit in separate mixing bowls and mash the fruit with a fork or potato masher.
Put 2 x 15ml of raspberries in bottom followed by 2 x 15ml of yoghurt. Keep layering the fruit and yoghurt interspersed with muesli.
To finish, place a whole strawberry or chosen fruit on top. Or cut into strips to make the English flag.
Store in the fridge until ready to serve.
