I ordered the set and it was delivered by post within 2 days. Unfortunately the handle on the cup was broken so I contacted Spotty and they sent a replacement set within 2 days by courier. this was brilliant as I needed the gift for a christening on Sunday. I am so pleased with the quality of the goods and service that I'm sure I will be using this site again and would certainly recommend it to others.
