What is your "30 Day No-Quibble Guarantee"?
We will accept returns of any item, other than swimwear, at any time within 30 days from the date of order. To return an item, please contact us by email or phone on
0845 459 3270 before you return the item. You can then (subject to stock levels) choose another product or have a refund. You pay the return postage but we will send any exchange item out to you free of charge to a mainland UK address (excluding Highlands) using our standard delivery method.
Please make sure that any items returned include your name, address and order number and reach us in tip top condition! Returned items should be returned in the same condition that you received them, and were possible, with all the original packaging and be in saleable condition.
Please note, for hygine reasons, we do not accept returns of swimwear..

Can you collect my parcel?
If it is more convenient for you, we can collect your parcel from your work or home. The cost is usually £9.75 for mainland addresses excluding the Highlands. The parcel will need to be packaged and labeled ready for collection from 8am - 6pm on your chosen day. Please ring

My parcel has not arrived
If you have selected Express Delivery and ordered before 12 noon on a working day (Monday to Friday - excluding Bank Holidays), your parcel should be with you by 6 pm on the next working day.
Standard delivery is sent either by 3 to 5 working day courier or by Royal Mail First Class with dispatch the next working day after your order is placed.
